Compounding

Medication made for one person: you.

We use compounding to solve real health problems so you can get back to living fully. Our pharmacists prepare custom medications from scratch — with thousands of formulas on file, and new ones created because every patient is different.

What compounding means

Compounding is the process of creating customized medication tailored to an individual’s specific needs, prepared as capsules, creams, gels or liquids. Think of compounded medications as personalized medicines.

It helps patients who are allergic to an ingredient in a commercial medication, who need a particular dose or combination, or who need a medication that’s no longer commercially available or is in short supply.
